Sora means sky. We are a bake and tea room for organic Japanese matcha, hojicha, and genmaicha, local Alberta coffee, and salt bread baked throughout the day on the lower level of Tokyo Street Market.
Come for shio pan fresh from the oven, a Matcha Mango, a Hojicha Cloud, or a classic latte. Simple drinks and bakes in the middle of Calgary.

Local Alberta Coffee
Espresso, americano, latte, and cappuccino made with local Alberta coffee.
